QSD has maintained Jaumo mobile apps and servers for both Android and iOS platforms since 2015. QSD started maintenance while Jaumo had 1M users, and nowadays, it has 40M users in 180 countries.

CHALLENGE
The client needed an experienced team who could consolidate their complex codebase stack into a modular and maintainable structure. The apps were getting more and more users, and the outdated structure became unsuitable for maintenance and stability.
SOLUTION
After spending quality time analyzing the existing structure, we planned to improve the structure and turn the project into a budget-friendly and maintainable product. Next, the accent was put on the modularity of the codebase, which needed constant changes. Another accent was put on the automation tasks to eliminate human errors when chasing complex code. The last step was paying a lot of attention to the UX that would guarantee the satisfaction of demanding users.
