POLICIES

QSD thinks that every hour you work on tasks has to be covered 100%. Yes, including every minute worked over a full hour.

Profit share (QSD is one of a few private software companies in our region that does this) to get a few extra salaries

Bonuses (a lump sum payment in return for meeting agreed objectives and reaching milestones) as the 13th salary

Overtime (usual hourly wage plus the 30% overtime premium for every overtime minute worked). Although, QSD is against overtime and thinks that all work can be done without overtime

Wages (including vacation absence, miscellaneous days off, public holidays, sick leaves, (mater/pater)nity absence, etc.)

All taxes covered for employee's total satisfaction

Marketing Manager

Self-motivated, well-organized, adaptable individual who will be involved in planning, developing,
and implementing the company’s marketing strategies is what we at QSD are looking for.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing campaigns across multiple channels, advising on
SEO strategy, working to improve our marketing processes, and other marketing-related
activities. You will also be responsible for the branding process, which involves planning activities
that show the QSD brand in its true colors.
